Background, History, and More Information
T’way Airlines traces its roots to its establishment on August 8, 2010 with two Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The airline commenced its operations in September 2010 with a domestic service between Gimpo International Airport and Jeju International Airport. Its first international service was to Bangkok, Thailand, and by November 2013, they launched their cargo services.
T’way Airlines’ operating bases are at Gimpo International Airport and Incheon International Airport with a focus city located at Daegu International Airport. A company slogan “Happy T’way it’s yours,” T’way Airlines strives to make cheap flights within the region possible with a growing fleet, number of destinations, and as much inflight services to satisfy the passenger. As of August 2016, their fleet comprised of 15 Boeing 737-800.
