What Users Have to Say
Unfortunately, there are little to no SonAir reviews online from which to base our opinion on. In this case, we will rely on the general appearance of their official website to come up with our own SonAir reviews.
However, there was one review on Flight-Report that rated SonAir’s Business Class flight experience with 5.4 stars out of 10. Though there weren’t much SonAir reviews on that page, here are the ratings of SonAir’s services: 5.0 for Cabin Crew, 5.5 for Meal, 8.0 for Cabin, and 3.0 for Entertainment.
Their Official Website, Main Services and Features, and Inflight Experience
We checked out their official website, which unfortunately couldn’t be translated. The design was understandable and the content were informative. SonAir explains their main airline services on their site’s pages. These are passenger transport, aircraft rental, and both scheduled flights and connecting flights. According to SonAir reviews, SonAir carries out 19,700 flight hours per year and 246,000 passengers per year.
Depending on your destination, you will have to comply with SonAir’s baggage allowance. If you exceed your baggage allowance, you can pay upon check-in. For Business Class flights, the baggage allowance is 30 kgs and is 20 kgs for Economy Class flights; for passengers headed to Cabinda, the baggage allowance is 35 kgs for Business Class and 30 kgs for Economy Class.
