LOT Polish Airlines Reviews
LOT Polish Airlines was established 87 years ago (1929) by the government of Poland. The airline started with a fleet of Junkers and a Fokker. During the World War II, all of the airlines were destroyed; eventually, LOT Polish had to suspend operations. That was the first and last time the national airline of Poland had suspended operations. History never listed a cease of operations.
Moreover, the airline now has a growing fleet size of 43 aircraft serving 60 international and domestic routes. As a member of Star Alliance, they fly with the slogan, “Ty wyznaczasz kierunek,” which means “Fly your way.”
InFlight with LOT Polish Airlines
The services on board are classified into Economy Simple, Premium Economy, and Business Class. LOT Polish Airlines has only limited information online regarding the inflight services of each cabin class. We were able to take a few pictures and we hope you can use them as reference:
LOT Polish Airlines has inflight entertainment on board that keeps passengers accommodated on a long-haul flight, while magazines are also provided for additional anti-boredom facility. Though, the meals and drinks served will actually depend on the cabin class the passenger flew with. Here’s a full list of the meals being offered on board: click here. Additionally, do you know that special meals are offered in flight, but pre-flight reservation and arrangement should have been done? For luggage concerns, check this link.
PC and Mobile Services
The official site of the Polish airline is really pleasant to the eyes. Initially, we changed the country and language of the site to USD-English because we didn’t understand some wordings on the site. Moving forward, the web page is actually helpful, being user-friendly and giving all the information on services a traveller actually needs. From searching, news, tracking, and booking: all in one domain.
LOT Polish Airlines also has a travel app for customers to access their booking via smartphones. The mobile app is available in the App Store and Google Play Store. Downloading the app will be free. According to LOT Polish Airlines reviews, the mobile application is like a portable version of the official site. Speaking of reviews, let’s take a look at what passengers have to say.
LOT Polish Airlines Reviews of Customers
Speaking of reviews, let me share the most recent LOT Polish Airlines reviews online. No worries, the national airline of Poland is not just a pretty face. Yes, comments and feedback show that the airline had garnered a total 6/10 score rating (on Skytrax). Why only 6? Not 8 or 9? As we noticed, the only downside of the airline is their inflight entertainment, since their entertainment system’s options were very limited, with only 30 movies. Though, other than that, passengers find the airline one of the best in the world.
Out of 204 LOT Polish Airlines reviews, the recent ones are actually positive. One reviewer even sent images of his experiences with the Polish airline. He actually said:
“Kraków to Warsaw, domestic flight. The ticket cost around £25, which was worth the price. Inflight a glass of water was served with a Polish wafer. The flight took 35 minutes, so inflight entertainment was not needed, however there was an inflight magazine to read. The seat was very comfortable and reclined. Overall the price paid for the ticket was worth the price.”

Kudos to the flag carrier of Poland for successfully ranking up to the 94th spot in this year’s top 100 airlines. They were never part of the list last year, but making it this year is actually an achievement.
