FlightHub Review 2018 – today we’re looking at the Canadian based online travel agency, FlightHub. They are a part of the company “Momentum Travel Group” and are considered to be the largest online travel agency to serve Canada. They’ve been in business since 2010 and have a head office located in Ontario, Canada. With around 800 employees globally. Today we’ll be taking a look at what their customers are saying about them online to get an idea of whether or not Flighthub is a legitimate and trustworthy company to do business with.
First let’s take a look at the site itself. A key factor in determining the trustworthiness and professionalism of a company can be based on whether their website works properly and is streamlined to be easily used by audiences of all levels of computer efficiency.
Looking at their home page, it’s obvious how to use the website for non-net-savvy users. Users can simply type in either the airport code or city they’re departing from and returning to and a predictive dropdown box will appear with options related to what the user types in.
Same thing goes for selecting departure and return dates. A convenient calendar popup will appear when the user clicks on the date field making it very easy to select the desired travel dates.
The next page that users are directed to will be show a list of itineraries available for the codes and dates entered from the previous page. The itineraries are organized based upon the cheapest price making it easy for customers to find the cheapest prices available. There’s even a tool tip popup that draws users attention to the filters in the side bar, if a user has preference for the amount of stops, airlines or departure and return times they can select their preferences from here and the page will refresh with the new filters applied.
Upon selecting a flight the user will then be redirected to their itinerary page displaying an overview of the details regarding their flight such as the airline, the dates and times, amount of passengers, price and other details. Once everything is confirmed by the user they simply scroll to the bottom of the page to click confirm and proceed to pay for the flight.
The process is extremely straightforward and we did not find any hidden fees, which is a concern in the online travel industry. If customers have any issues along the way the 24/7 customer service line is prominently displayed throughout the entire process so that customers may receive immediate assistance with their booking.
We’ve also look at various reviews about FlightHub throughout the web on large review platforms such as TrustPilot, Feefo and SiteJabber to which we found pretty outstanding results. Below are the the overall total scores flighthub received from legitimate customer reviews.
On TrustPilot Flighthub received an overall score of 4/5 stars from 72,000 reviews as listed below.
On Feefo FlightHub received an overall score of 4.1 stars out of 5 from a total of 5,600 reviews.
