Background and History
Eagle Air is a Uganda-based airline founded and established in June 1994. They started operating in November 1994, and as of the most recent Eagle Air reviews, the airline employs 50 people. In 2006, Eagle Air began flight operations to the national parks in Uganda though they were eventually banned from the airport in Yei in South Sudan. A fuel shortage in the country forced Eagle Air to temporarily suspend their operations in 2008
Eagle Air’s key managers are Charles Muthama, Chairman who owns 37.5% of the airline company and Tony Rubombora, Managing Director who owns 62.5%. The airline flies to the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, and Uganda. Their site’s designed in blue and red, with a number of small pictures of their aircraft or its interiors. Visitors can see how the flights can be searched for either scheduled or charter flights on the homepage. Online, you can book a flight as with most airline websites.
